As professional Charleston stucco contractors, we were asked to repair leaks due to improperly installed EIFS stucco on two dormers on this home located on Seabrook Island. This EIFS stucco repair was done by removing the EIFS stucco from the dormers, replacing the extensively rotted framing, and properly installing new EIFS stucco to include properly flashing and caulking the windows. In order to further protect the windows and the face of the dormers from water coming directly off of the roof, we built eyebrow overhangs above them and cladded the extended roofs with copper.
