Project Highlights
Removed existing siding and installed Hardiplank brand HZ5 cement siding (ColorPlus IRON GRAY – , 15 year paint warranty).
Siding installed blind-nailed on a 5″ lap.
Style -6 1/4″ Select (smooth appearance).
Hardie-house wrap and all flashing.
Installed corner trim (5/4×4 – 5/4×5), overhang, frieze and fascia trim (to match existing), front porch ceiling (Beaded Panel) front porch beam (4/4×10), window and door trim (PVC sill nose and PVC brickmould), using ColorPlus – ARCTIC WHITE Hardie-products.
Installed PVC 4/4 or 5/4 material, where necessary, to allow for proper clearances to Hardi-products.
Replaced all gable vents with vinyl gable vents.
Installed 5 pairs of new vinyl shutters. Mid-America.
Installed 6″ Seamless Aluminum Gutters and 2″ x 3″ Downspouts.
Installed Gutter Helment.
