Project Highlights

• Installed three Andersen 400 Series windows on the right side of the home to include interior trim and painting.
• Repaired the stucco trim around the three windows which was cut-back to allow for a proper nailing fin, and backer rod and caulking installation around the new windows to guard against water intrusion.
• Applied a new stucco finish coat to the entire wall of those windows to include a cement brown coat with fiberglass mesh as required, and an acrylic finish coat to match the existing color and texture.
• All work was done to code with the highest level of craftsmanship
